How does the booking process work?
Fill out a contact form, or call us at 716-768-6018 x 102. We’ll secure the date, time, and menu options. You’ll receive a contract and we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Final payment is due by the date of your event.

How long does it take to setup the Pop-Up Beer Garden?
It all depends on the size of the event and the location, but usually 1-2 hours.

Do you provide music?
We have a great portable sound system that has an auxiliary cable for streaming music, or you can select a radio station!

How far in advance do we need to book?
Due to licensing and permit submissions, we need at least 2 weeks notice.

Do you have liability insurance?
We are fully insured for off-site events, and our staff is trained in responsible beverage alcohol service.

How many people can you serve?
Any event from 30-500 people.

How far will you travel to do an event?
We travel up to 1 hour from downtown Buffalo.

Will you offer this service in the winter?
If you’re crazy enough to do this, then we’ll listen to your idea! We recommend portable heaters.

What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our event?
We understand that you can’t control the weather, so we will do our best to accommodate you with a rescheduled date.

It all depends on the size of your party, duration, location, and package choice. Contact us to get a quote.

How long does an event last?
We book events from 3-6 hours.

Are there any additional fees?
In addition to your menu selections, there is 8.75% tax, 15% gratuity, and 5% service charge.

What does the client have to provide?
Yourself…and a few friends! We do all the work.

How do I buy tickets?You can purchase your tickets directly on our website or at the bar in our taproom!

How large of a group can I bring?Tours are limited to 20 people.

What's included in the tour?Not only do you get 30-40 minutes with one of our practiced entertaining tour guides, you will also receive 3 samples of award-winning beer. You'll also receive a token for a free pint for after the tour!

What days/times does Resurgence offer tours?We currently only offer tours on Saturdays at 1 p.m.

What can I do after the tour?Besides enjoying that free pint, we have a full bar and restaurant, as well an awesome outdoor patio space (weather permitting)! Our taproom offers full dining service or the ability to order food and drinks right from the bar.

Where do I check-in for the tour?Please go to the host stand upon arrival to check in.

Is there an age limit for the tour?Yes! All patrons must be 21 with a valid ID or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The tour is geared toward adults, but kids and families are welcome at their own discretion.

Is there specific footwear I should wear?Closed-toe shoes are required in the brewery area.

What time should I arrive for the tour?Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts to check-in. Feel free to have a beer while you wait!
