What is it?

Our pop-up beer garden is perfect for any outdoor event! We service a range of events like weddings, special events, fundraisers, private parties, and even public events. We travel to you with our pop-up beer garden…and we do all the work!

 

Every booking includes all chosen beer, wine, and liquor as well as beer service equipment, trash cans, beverage service tables, and cocktail tables. And of course, our friendly staff! We ensure that your event is perfect from the first pour to last call.

Bar Packages

1 – House beverage package
  • Beer & Wine (all beer taps + white & red wine)

  • Choice between Cash Bar, Consumption Tab, or Open Bar Pricing

 

Timeframe: 3, 4, 5, or 6 hours

2 – Full bar package
  • Beer, Wine & Basic Liquor (all beer taps + white & red wine + well liquor)

  • Choice between Cash Bar, Consumption Tab, or Open Bar Pricing

Beverage selections

All beverages are served in biodegradable cups.

THE BEER

There are 6 taps on the truck. Choose 3 “core brands” and 3 seasonal offerings.

  • Core Brands: Bridge Pilsner, Resurgence IPA, Cosmic Truth Session IPA, Loganberry Wit, Sponge Candy Stout, Citmo NEIPA, The Surge NEIPA

  • Seasonal Offerings: Inquire with the event coordinator.

 

THE WINE

New Amsterdam Vodka and Gin, 4 Roses Bourbon, Arette Tequila, 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey

Supplement your beverage offerings with our delicious food! We make all food on-site at 55 Chicago St., and our staff will serve it at your event! We offer disposable napkins, plates, and utensils.​

FAQ

How does the booking process work?
Fill out a contact form, or call us at 716-768-6018 x 102. We’ll secure the date, time, and menu options. You’ll receive a contract and we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Final payment is due by the date of your event.

How long does it take to setup the Pop-Up Beer Garden?
It all depends on the size of the event and the location, but usually 1-2 hours.

Do you provide music?
We have a great portable sound system that has an auxiliary cable for streaming music, or you can select a radio station!

​

How far in advance do we need to book?
Due to licensing and permit submissions, we need at least 2 weeks notice.

​

Do you have liability insurance?
We are fully insured for off-site events, and our staff is trained in responsible beverage alcohol service.

​

How many people can you serve?
Any event from 30-500 people.

​

How far will you travel to do an event?
We travel up to 1 hour from downtown Buffalo.

​

Will you offer this service in the winter?
If you’re crazy enough to do this, then we’ll listen to your idea! We recommend portable heaters.

​

What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our event?
We understand that you can’t control the weather, so we will do our best to accommodate you with a rescheduled date.

How much does it cost?
It all depends on the size of your party, duration, location, and package choice. Contact us to get a quote.

​

How long does an event last?
We book events from 3-6 hours.

​

Are there any additional fees?
In addition to your menu selections, there is 8.75% tax, 15% gratuity, and 5% service charge.

​

What does the client have to provide?
Yourself…and a few friends! We do all the work.
