Our Beers
We come from humble beginnings and always want our beers to reflect that. From brewing recipes in our owner's kitchen with a 5-gallon system made out of converted Coleman coolers, cooking pots, and a turkey fryer (no, seriously), to now brewing just under 5,000 gallons of beer a week. While our process has changed, our core beers never will.

GREEN HEART | 6.5%
Our Flagship IPA is brewed for the hoppy at heart! This hazy NEIPA is smooth and tropical – bursting with notes of Pineapple, melon and light peach. This beer is hopped with Citra and Columbus.

CITMO IPA | 6.5%
Strong aromatics of white grapefruit and citrus dominate the nose on this New England Style IPA. Take your tongue to the Green Mountains with hints of pine and resin dancing with spicy tropical fruit flavors.

COSMIC TRUTH | 4.3%
Mosaic Hopped Session Ale. A truly unique beer, this sessionable brew begins with the crisp and refreshing body of a Kolsch brought to life by bold tropical fruit flavors and subtle bitterness of the Mosaic hop. The best of all worlds merge in this beer, resulting in a well-rounded, universal experience.

BRIDGE PILS | 4.4%
The Hallertau Blanc hop used in this Czech Pilsner imparts flavors of white grape and floral notes that pair well with the breadiness from the malt. Smooth, yet complex this beer finishes dry leaving your mouth wanting more!

OLD NEIGHBORHOOD IRISH ALE | 5.2%
Traditional Irish Red ale with a vibrant amber color. Balanced and easy drinking, with notes of caramel, toffee and biscuit. Finishing light and crispy! Slainte!

LOGANBERRY WIT | 4.2%
We love everything local, and Loganberry is about as local as you can get. We brew this in a traditional Wit style which gives it some mild banana and light fruit esters which bounce off the hints of Loganberry. Don’t be frightened by the name, those who have tried it still have their mane.
SUMMER ALE | 5%
Easy drinking, light and approachable blonde ale, gently conditioned on fragrant orange peels for an extra shot of refreshing citrus in both the aroma and flavor profile.

OKTOBERFEST | 5%
This hearty, but not heavy festive beer is the perfect transition to the Fall season. Our Oktoberfest is well balanced with a great toasted malt profile including biscuit, caramel, and toffee notes. With it’s clean and crisp finish this beer does justice to the traditional marzen style.
HOLIDAY ALE | 5.5%
Strong cinnamon and toast aromatics balanced with a tinsy bit of nutmeg and ginger. The flavor is sweet and boasts a striking resemblance to French toast, with hints of chocolate and caramel.
