Do you take reservations?

To ensure a great experience for everyone, taproom tables are on a first-come basis. We can do reservations for parties of 8+ people.

 

Do you accept full-service dining parties larger than 20?

Yes! Please call the taproom to book.

 

My credit card was double charged.

Our system places a hold on the card when swiped. Please call the taproom and have your card ready.

 

Can I bring outside food or beverages?

We only allow outside desserts to be brought in.

 

Can I bring in cake or desserts?

Yes. Please bring your own paper plates.

 

Can I bring in balloons?

Yes! Please do not bring glitter or confetti. 

 

How do I order food?

You can order food through full-service dining (if available) or through our bartenders.

 

What are your food options?

We offer a pub-centric menu featuring handhelds, salads, shareable items, desserts, etc. We also offer a brunch menu on Sundays, as well as weekly specials. Our kitchen can accommodate many dietary restrictions with given notice.

 

Do you offer gluten-free menu items?

We currently offer gluten-free buns for all of our sandwiches and burgers. We also offer wings.

 

Do you have any gluten-free beers?

While our beers are not gluten-free, we do offer a full bar including wine and specialty cocktails.

 

Do you have any options other than beer?

We have a full bar, wine, craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic beer.

 

How long have you been open?

We’ve been operating out of our Chicago St. location since June of 2019.

 

How long has Resurgence been around?

We opened the doors to our original location in June of 2014.

 

What was the building before?

Abandoned and about to fall down! Originally it was the home to E&B Holmes Machinery. The revolutionized the barrel-making industry by patenting the design and manufacturing of machinery used to mass produce barrels.

 

How do I get upstairs?

Straight back through the taproom there is a set of stairs. Take those to the second floor.

 

Do you have an elevator?

Yes. Through the link/vestibule.

 

Where can I smoke?

NYS prohibits smoking indoors and within 50 feet of any entrance. Guests should go out our front doors and smoke on the sidewalk away from the doors.

 

What is your Dog Policy?

We do allow dogs in the beer garden. NYS mandates that pets are not allowed inside establishments that serve food.

 

How do I request a donation from Resurgence?

What is in your to-go package?

We sell Crowlers, Growlers, Mix 4 and 6 packs, 4 packs, and 6 packs of beer produced by the brewery. 

 

Do you sell Kegs?

We sell sixtels and half kegs. Please inquire at info@resurgencebrewing.com for availability.
